Paul M.A. Baker is project director for Social and Cultural Design Research. He is the senior director of research and strategic innovation and a principal research scientist at Georgia Tech’s CACP. He is also an adjunct professor in the Centre for Disability Law & Policy at the National University of Ireland, Galway. His research career includes work in the areas of information technology, accessibility and disability policy; digital media regulation and policy, social aspects of wearable computing; virtual work environments, the operation of online and in-person communities, institutional use of social media, higher education and workforce development. He has numerous peer reviewed articles on the above topics and is the co-editor of “The Unconnected" which was published in 2013.
