Maureen Linden, M.S. Biomedical Engineering

Maureen Linden is operations manager and project director for the Inclusive Emergency Lifelines development project. Maureen is an engineer with extensive experience in research project management, standards and engineering prototype development, and management and delivery of services to clients. She is fluent in research methodology, experimental protocols, and instrumentation design, analysis, interpretation, and information dissemination. Her current research interests include maximizing the impact of accommodations in employment, education, and home environments; with extensive background research and clinical in seating and wheeled mobility, job and educational accommodations, and transportation safety for people with disabilities.  Maureen has been active in SAE, ANSI/RESNA, and ISO standards development for over 15 years. She is also proficient in management of services to consumers, having experience in both medical and vocational models of service delivery, conversant with service standard required by CMS and CARF.  Maureen presently serves on the Executive Committee of RESNA’s Board of Directors.
