FCC Consumer Information Session

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will host a free webinar on Monday, April 24, 2017, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EST.  The FCC’s Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau will conduct a webinar about the FCC's Consumer Help Center (CHC).  The Consumer Help Center provides:

  • The ability to search for consumer guides,
  • Consumer education,
  • Access to the Consumer Complaint Center,
  • Ability to file a consumer complaint via the online portal, and
  • Access to the Consumer Data Center.

The webinar will provide detailed information about the CHC, discuss the above resources, provide instruction on how to navigate each section of the website, and how to file an informal complaint related to access for people with disabilities.  This session will provide valuable information for people to provide input to regulators and to address current and future communications issues.  Registration is not required.  You may participate via live stream at www.fcc.gov/live.  Open captions will be available.  Participants will also be able to submit comments and questions by email and social media.
